RV Service and Warranty Repair Center for over 30 RV Manufacturers
Independence RV Sales and Service, Inc.’s Service Department is a Certified Florida Recreational Vehicle Trade Associate Repair and Warranty Service Center that offers properly schooled and RV certified technicians, who are capable of working on over 30 manufacturer’s motorhomes and recreational vehicles. We are a Florida Recreational Vehicle Trade Association (FRVTA) Certified Service Center staffed with three Certified RV Technicians, two Master Certified RV Technicians, and one ASA Certified Technician. Newmar service and Mandalay RV service are two areas of expertise for the Independence RV Service Department.
As a Newmar Corporation approved RV Warranty Service Center, the dealership has been nationally recognized by Newmar Corporation as one of its top RV warranty service centers. Independence RV has received the Customer Satisfaction Index Award - presented to the dealership(s) providing excellent customer service to Newmar customers receiving warranty service - for each of the past four years. In addition, the dealership has received multi-year Transient Customer Service Awards. This award is bestowed on the dealership(s) with the highest RV service ratings in the nation by providing service on RVs and motorhomes that were not purchased at the servicing dealership.
Independence RV’s Service Department is well-schooled on Cummins diesel engines, Caterpillar diesel engines and Mercedes diesel engines, as well as Ford Triton gas engines and Chevy Vortec gas engines. Full-mechanical service is available on engines and generators, as well as all interior and exterior electrical systems, vehicle operating systems and appliances. The dealership is able to provide limited touch-up paint capabilities.
