Todd oversees the RV Service and Warranty Center at Independence RV.  Whether you need an HWH leveling jacks replaced, or you have to match Newmar touchup paint, or just need a Holiday Rambler wiring schematic.  He’s the guy who supervises the work and he makes sure the work is done properly.  Newmar Service at Independence RV is under Todd’s stewardship, and the Service Department with its three consecutive Mahlon Miller Service Excellence Awards is the envy of Newmar Dealers across the country.  He works closely with Independence RV's Parts and Accessory Store featuring Newmar Parts. 

When Todd is away from the demands of the Service Department, he enjoys all the activities that Central Florida has to offer, but depending upon the season, you’ll most likely find him on the golf course, at a local fishing hole, or pleasure boating.

Military Service
Todd served nine years in the Air Force as a missile facilities technician.  He was based for five years at Whiteman AFB in Missouri, and his final four years at Vandenberg AFB on the California coastline.

“I understand that customers arrive in our service driveway with something that is broken.  They aren’t very happy with their RV at that moment in time, so I do everything I can to make them happy and to get the RV repair done as fast as I can.”
