RV Parts and Service Knowledge Helps RV Owners with Service Repairs
Background
Ricky is a Central Florida native. Raised in Apopka, Florida, long-known as the foliage capital of America, Ricky has participated in many local sports activities including softball and golf. He serves the local community as a member of the Elks Lodge.
Ricky joined Independence RV in 1994 in the Parts Department. He parlayed his RV parts knowledge and applied himself, and soon became a Service Advisor. Ricky’s the first line of customer contact in the Service Department. He organizes the workflow within the department to try and coordinate all operating system adjustments and RV engine maintenance and repair to move the motorhome through the various service disciplines as quickly as possible. Whether it is the installation of an in motion satellite, attaching a vehicle tow bar, or RV roof leak repair, Ricky will be efficient in getting the work accomplished.
