A new electronic information center has been added to the dash for easier driver monitoring.
Comfort Drive™ Steering System
Newmar is proud to offer their exclusive Comfort Drive™ steering system, providing a more comfortable driving experience with easier turning. This system provides driver-friendly benefits like “auto-centering” after a 90-degree turn, as well as uneven road and wind resistance steering compensation for better handling and less driver fatigue.
Electronic Stability Control
Electronic Stability Control (ESC) helps drivers maintain control of the coach. This assist works extreme steering maneuvers by controlling individual brakes. The coach then continues to move in the intended direction.
Rear and Side View Camera System
Modern Newmar coaches come with a rear view camera system and side-view cameras. Many camera views capture every angle essential for driver and passenger safety. An optional Omniview NS360 camera system offers a “birds eye” view completely around the coach.
Hydronic Zone Heating System
The hydronic system provides supplemental heat inside the coach while it heats up a continuous water supply when connected to a freshwater source.
Electric Radiant Heat Tile Floors
Newmar’s radiant heat below the tile floor allows the cabin to warm up quicker in cooler weather. The system supplies heat directly to the tile floor of your motorhome, warming the space below your feet. .
Solar Panels To Charge Chassis Batteries
Newmar installs a standard 10-Watt solar panel to charge the chassis batteries. To increase charging power there is an option to install four flexible 100-Watt solar panels on the roof for more “free” green energy.
Xite Dash Radio With Nav-N-Go Navigation System
The Xite Dash Radio (standard in Dutch Stars and up) is a new technology that allows you to access your favorite radio stations and music apps like Pandora and Spotify. It also has Bluetooth capabilities to connect your phone or tablet and listen to your own music. The Xite Dash Radio also allows you to connect to the internet using 4G LTE or WiFi, which is great for staying connected while camping. It comes with Apple CarPlay and the Nav-N-Go navigation system.
Apple CarPlay
Apple CarPlay is an app that allows you to connect your iPhone or iPad through USB or Bluetooth and use it as a hands-free system for your coach. It comes with Siri functionality, so you can ask her to do things like play music or make phone calls without having to take your eyes off the road.
Nav-N-Go Navigation System
This navigation system works just like any other GPS navigation device. Still, it has an interface designed specifically for RV owners, so it's easier to use while driving down the road. It also comes with preloaded maps for many major cities across North America, including most major cities in Canada and Mexico!
Samsung TV’s and Bose® Soundbar Systems
Newmar is proud to offer Samsung 4K LED TV’s and Bose® Soundbars in their motorhomes. Most of the living area TV’s are mounted on power lifts with soundbars mounted above for full range dynamic sound. Exterior sidewall entertainment centers with TV’s and soundbars can be mounted on swivel brackets inside the baggage compartments for viewing from all angles. Winegard® Ranger WiFi
The Winegard® Ranger WiFi antenna is an optional accessory usually ordered by Independence RV that allows you to connect your RV to the internet using your smartphone, tablet, or laptop. This will enable you to use apps like Google Maps or iHeart Radio while traveling - no more listening to commercials on FM radio! You can also check your email for important updates from friends and family.
