Register here to become an Independence RV Preferred Customer. This means you will receive priority scheduling for Newmar Warranty Service and regularly scheduled maintenance and service. You know you’re in good hands with Independence RV’s Service Team, the seven-time winner of Newmar’s highest service customer satisfaction award, formerly known as the Mahlon Miller Service Excellence Award, and now re-titled as the Diamond Service Excellence Award.  This highly coveted award was only presented to four of Newmar’s 81 authorized dealerships in 2020 for scoring a customer satisfaction level of greater than 95% for the combination of sales, service and the delivery process.
